Saltaire St. Petersburg Condominium is a 35-story luxury residential tower, boasting seven residences per floor. Located in downtown St. Petersburg, the building offers stunning bay views and currently stands as the second tallest tower in the city. Designed by SB Architects, the tower features a contemporary architectural style with a coastal flair, while the interiors were beautifully crafted by Decorators Unlimited of Palm Beach.

The tower was constructed by Kolter Construction, a long-time partner of Infinity. Once again, Infinity was selected to handle the installation of the shower enclosures and water closets. Over 23,710 square feet of 3/8″ clear tempered glass were used throughout the building. Each shower glass panel was treated with Enduroshield, a water and oil repellent coating, ensuring that chemical residues from shampoos, soaps, and other products do not accumulate, making the glass easier to clean.

Additionally, approximately 8,846 square feet of double-sided 3/8″ acid-etched glass were installed in the water closets. The design and construction of the building have added an elegant, vertical luxury living option to the city skyline, and Infinity is proud to have contributed to this remarkable project.
