Jean Lefrancois has over 32 years of experience in Exterior fenestration and Interior custom glass systems. Before establishing Epsylon (United States), Jean Lefrancois owned and operated Gamma Industries and Gamma USA and is now President and Vice President of Epsylon (United States) and Epsylon Concepts (Quebec, Canada). Jean Lefrancois is the principal partner of Infinity Glass and Hardware, a subsidiary company of Epsylon.  His leadership and vision were instrumental in the success of projects like the Brickell City Center North and South Towers, Biscayne Beach, Chateau Beach, Oceana, 1080 Brickell, FENDI Chateau, 815 Block, 575-Rosemary and many more.  Jean Lefrancois holds a bachelor’s degree in both Economics and Business Administration and a master’s degree in accounting from the prestigious Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Vice President

Pierre Desmarais has over 30 years of construction experience covering all facets of the industry. His journey began with Structure Tone, Tuner Construction/Aviation, and Plaza Construction, where he individually managed projects up to $250 million.

His portfolio includes iconic projects such as the Diplomat Resort and Country Club and Marquis Miami. In 2011, Pierre Desmarais took on a new challenge, joining the Lefrancois family to establish and grow Epsylon USA, a leading exterior Fenestration company. His leadership and vision were instrumental in the success of projects like the Brickell City Center North and South Towers, Biscayne Beach, Chateau Beach, Oceana, 1080 Brickell, and FENDI Chateau.

Upon establishing Infinity Glass and Hardware in 2017, Pierre Desmarais has completed such notable projects as Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Aston Martin Residence, One Saint Petersburg, Saltaire, Bayso and Hyde Park Residences, St. Regis Resort and Residence on Longboat Key, Tampa Oak Ritz Phase 1, and Four Seasons Resort and Residences, in Fort Lauderdale, and Brickell Miami. Current projects include 400 Central, Art House Residences, Pendry Resort and Residence, Tampa Oak Ritz Phase 2, and One Tampa.

Before his induction into the general contracting, exterior fenestration, and interior custom glass industries, Pierre Desmarais started working for his family company, Hollywood Woodwork, Inc., an architectural millwork company. Pierre Desmarais holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida and a Building Construction degree from Florida International University.

Project Manager

Ticiano began his academic journey in architecture at Unifor (University of Fortaleza) in Brazil, studying from 2001 to 2005. In 2006, he relocated to the United States to continue his education at Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a degree in Economics with a concentration in Business, graduating magna cum laude. After completing his studies, Ticiano entered the glass and glazing industry, where he has gained nearly a decade of experience as a project manager. Over the years, he has collaborated with a diverse range of general contractors across Florida and other states, managing projects that include storefronts, curtain walls, shower enclosures, windows, and interior partitions. His expertise spans several industries, including industrial, warehouses, Class A offices, car dealerships, restaurants, medical facilities, and residential projects. Outside of his professional life, Ticiano is passionate about music. He plays in a garage band and enjoys jamming with friends during his free time.

Assistant Project Manager

Administrative Assistant

Manon attended François-Xavier Garneau College in Quebec City, where she earned her degree in Foreign Languages. After graduating, she began her career in the hospitality industry. It was then that a friend informed her that Gamma Industries (now Epsylon) was looking for someone to join their administrative team. Over the past 25 years, Manon has remained dedicated to the Lefrancois family, relocating to the United States to become the administrative assistant at Epsylon USA. In addition to this role, she also took on responsibility for managing Infinity’s account.

Her expertise spans a wide range of administrative duties, including handling insurance documentation, purchase orders, letters of intent, contract reviews, schedules of values, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, among various other tasks.

Beyond her professional achievements, Manon has a deep passion for scuba diving, with over 148 dives to her name. Her most recent adventure was in Bora-Bora, where she explored the open waters of the Pacific. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle during weekend getaways whenever she has the opportunity.

Project Manager 

Walter Jimenez is a highly skilled architectural professional with over 20 years of experience spanning both architecture and the glazing industry. After earning his degree from architecture school in Colombia, Walter relocated to the United States, where he spent over five years working in an architecture firm in the New Jersey/New York area. He later moved to South Florida, contributing his expertise to various architecture firms in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas for more than 15 years. During this time, Walter also pursued an AA in AutoCAD from Keiser University, further honing his technical skills.

In 2012, Walter made a successful transition into the glazing industry, where he has worked on diverse and high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including hospitality, multifamily residential, healthcare, retail, and automotive dealerships. His experience also spans interior glazing systems such as curtain walls, storefronts, unitized systems, and frameless partitions. Walter is proficient in industry-standard software like AutoCAD and GDS, allowing him to deliver efficient and precise designs for complex architectural solutions.

Outside of his professional work, Walter is passionate about soccer, both playing and coaching the sport in his community.
